• Usability evaluation of an educational CD-Rom
• Long term research project for British Telecom into user needs & usage of educational telecommunications services in primary & secondary schools.  Research found ways the teaching roles & approaches need to change to derive maximum benefits of new technologies.
• Wrote multimedia design guidelines
